APTTUS Approvals Workflow is a key product that lives inside both Contract Lifecycle Management and Configure Price Quote products. This feature allows users to view violations, send for approval with the ability to setup rules and allow approvers to easily take Approve/Reject actions.

User Interviews: Asking the right ‘why’ questions to extract the user goals to accomplish their tasks

Ideation: After understanding the user problem and their goals, I began white-boarding the design

User Validations: Knowing that no design is right or wrong and the best way to validate is to ask the users themselves, I conducted quick user testing sessions with low-fi mocks
